Baboucarr Gaye, CEO and founder of BMG Enterprise LLC. Grew up in a middle-class family from the Gambia of west Africa. Born and raised in Banjul, with a Gambian upbringing. Growing up in a middle-class family taught him that hard work and thrift are sometimes the only things a person can afford.

After graduating from St. Augustine’s High School in year 2000, furthered his education at The Computer Science and Business Management School, a private institution in Kanifing, The Gambia. After graduation, He joined the Gambia Family Planning Association as an intern. In 2002, Mr. Gaye made his way to work for the Gambia Family Planning Association, as Assistant IT officer and Stores Clerk. It was during his time at GFPA, he developed his passion for entrepreneurship and started buying of used imported cars and selling to neighboring countries of Senegal, Guinea Bissau and Guinea Conakry.

Mr. Gaye then moved to the United States where he lived in Brooklyn, New York and later relocated to Dallas, Texas and enrolled in a continuing education program at the North Lake College in Irving, Texas, where he successfully completed programs on Information Technology. Baboucarr has always been a business minded individual and has a great passion for it. When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, he goes out on his four miles jogging routine. In his copious free time, he enjoys his green tea tasting.
